Incoming Material and cutting of Wood

The wood supplied comes from Pelaihari, Kalimantan Selatan and is selected according to the size requested by the customer

Drying Raw Material

The cut wood is dried for 7 days to reduce the moisture. This is important for making easier the kiln process.

Burning and Carbonization in Kiln Room

The wood that already deaned and checked are put into kiln room for burning and carbonization process, this happens by burning slowly around 7 days

Final Inspection

Finished carbonized and cooled Wood Charcoal is selected according to the condition of hardwood charcoal, whether it’s fully carbonized or not fully carbonized. For those, that not fully carbonized are rejected. Another item of check is temperature of Final Product. The temperature checking is prior to weathering process.

Cooling and Weathering (as required by shipping liner)

The cooling and weathering WOOD CHARCOAL happened after production process finished and the process is cooling naturally on the outside environment and minimum 28 days before final packing.

Packing

After cooling and weathering time, the product of Wood Charcoal is packed in sack of 10-20 kgs and put in storage waiting for loading in container.
